All monthly tuition is paid through direct payment (auto-draft). The authorization form is available to download from this webpage or may be picked up at the gym.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tuition is charged to your account on the 5th of each month.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A one-time, per family (not per student), $30.00 registration fee is charged during your first month of classes. This fee will also apply if you stop classes for a period of time and later re-enroll.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Monthly Tuition Rates:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1-hour Recreational Class (once per week): $55.00 per month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-hour Power Tumbling Class (once per week): $60.00 per month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Tuition is paid monthly and not by individual class attendance.<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>To stop classes and discontinue payment, a WRITTEN NOTICE must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the next scheduled draft date.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Written notice must be emailed to: <a href=\"mailto:darlene@pitchersgym.com\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">darlene@pitchersgym.com<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attendance &amp; Make-Up Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not offer make-up classes. Students are encouraged to attend the class in which they are enrolled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a student is injured and unable to attend classes for three (3) or more consecutive weeks, please contact us. We will suspend the payment schedule during that time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the student has been medically cleared to return, a two-week notice is required so we can place them back into an appropriate class.
